Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or using the Panda Topup Store Services, the User automatically agrees to all Panda Topup Store Service terms.

These Terms of Use govern the use of all Services available on the Panda Topup Store System and apply to all Users and to any Party submitting requests or information to Panda Topup Store. By registering a Panda Topup Store account and/or using the Panda Topup Store System, the User is deemed to have read, understood, comprehended, and agreed to the entire contents of these Terms of Use.

We may change, modify, add to, remove, or correct these Terms of Use at any time in line with the development of Panda Topup Store and applicable laws and regulations. We recommend that Users visit the Panda Topup Store System regularly to stay informed of any such changes.

In these Terms of Use, unless otherwise specified, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• Account means data about the User, consisting at minimum of a username, password, phone number, and email that must be filled in by a Registered User.
• Terms of Use means the agreement between the User and Panda Topup Store containing a set of rules governing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the User and Panda Topup Store, as well as the procedures for using the Panda Topup Store Services system.
• Personal Data/Information means data relating to the User that is identifiable and/or can be identified on its own or in combination with other information.
• Services means, collectively: the Panda Topup Store System, content, features, services, and any functions available on or through the System by or on behalf of Panda Topup Store.
• Partner means parties that cooperate with Panda Topup Store to support its system and services, including but not limited to payment service providers, voucher providers, network providers, and others.
• User means any party (registered/unregistered) accessing the Panda Topup Store System, including but not limited to Buyers.
• Buyer means a registered or unregistered User who purchases direct top-ups or vouchers sold through the Panda Topup Store System.

Panda Topup Store manages and provides the System and Services for Users to purchase direct top-ups or vouchers sold by Panda Topup Store. By purchasing a top-up or voucher in accordance with the Panda Topup Store Terms of Use, the Buyer is responsible for the direct top-up or voucher they have purchased.

Panda Topup Store provides and operates a virtual product sales system or facility in which the products sold are direct top-ups or vouchers that can be used by the Buyer.

Panda Topup Store will not be responsible if you suffer losses in your business as a Buyer, such as negligence or errors in entering orders, quantities, or other data.

Panda Topup Store does not accept cancellation and/or refund requests once an order has entered the Panda Topup Store system. Panda Topup Store may issue a refund if an order cannot be completed in accordance with the applicable terms.

Panda Topup Store works with official Payment System Service Providers (Bank and Non-Bank) supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to provide a payment system that makes every transaction on the Panda Topup Store System easier and more secure for Users.

Payment Methods available through the Panda Topup Store System include:

• Bank Transfer
• Virtual Account
• In-Store Payment (Offline Outlet Payment)
• Internet Banking
• Direct Debit
• Electronic Money (E-Wallet)
• Credit Card
• QRIS

Mandatory requirements for Users to access the Services on Panda Topup Store include:

• Users under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to use and/or access the Services on Panda Topup Store.
• Users must read, understand, and follow all provisions set out in these Terms of Use.
• Users who have an account on Panda Topup Store must fill in their personal data completely and honestly in accordance with their personal identity.
• Users must provide information that is true, clear, honest, accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Users must understand that their account details are confidential.
• Users are prohibited from using robots, spiders, processes, or other means to access the Services for any purpose.
• Users are prohibited from using Panda Topup Store to violate the laws of Indonesia.
• Users are prohibited from uploading content containing elements of ethnic, religious, racial, or intergroup hatred (SARA), defamation, discrimination, vulgarity, or threats.

If a violation of the Terms of Use by a User is later found, Panda Topup Store has the right to take any action deemed necessary to maintain the security and comfort of other Users and the Panda Topup Store System.

Users must transact through the transaction procedures established by Panda Topup Store. Buyers make payment using the payment method previously selected by the User on the Panda Topup Store System.

When making a purchase on the Panda Topup Store System, the User agrees that:

• The User is responsible for reading, understanding, comprehending, and agreeing to the information and description of the entire product before committing to a purchase.
• Panda Topup Store is not responsible for failed transactions caused by an incorrect user ID/profile/user identity/account.
• If there is no feedback/report from the buyer within 2x24 hours, the transaction is deemed successful and cannot be refunded.
• The User enters into a legally binding agreement for the purchase when making a transaction.
• The User understands and agrees that product availability is the responsibility of the Partner.
• Any transaction made outside the official Panda Topup Store system is the User's personal responsibility.

Users must transfer the exact total transaction amount within the specified time. If the User does not transfer the funds within the specified time, the transaction will be cancelled automatically.

Users are entitled to request or receive a refund under the following conditions:

• The transaction has been declared successful and the funds have been collected by Panda Topup Store, but the product failed to be delivered to the User's account due to a system disruption or out-of-stock product.
• Refunds do not apply if the transaction failure was caused solely by the User's mistake (e.g. entering the wrong User ID, Zone ID, or Game Server).
• For Users with an account, refunds for failed transactions will be processed automatically back to the Account Balance (Wallet) within an estimated 1x24 hours.
• For Users who transacted as a Guest (Without Login), refund claims must be submitted by contacting Panda Topup Store Customer Service and including valid proof of payment (Invoice/Receipt/Bank Statement).
• Refunds directly to a bank account or e-wallet (the original payment method) take 3-7 business days to complete, in accordance with the operating standards of the relevant payment gateway and bank.

Panda Topup Store has the full right to delay, freeze, or cancel the refund process if there are indications of fraud, manipulation, deception, or violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.

The User hereby agrees that Panda Topup Store may collect, use, access, store, and/or process User data, including but not limited to personal information, conversation content, and/or information about the User's use of services on the Panda Topup Store System.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Panda Topup Store has the right to use all or part of the data obtained and collected from Users through the Panda Topup Store System for the purpose of developing and improving quality for the security and comfort of Users. Details regarding User data are set out in the Panda Topup Store Privacy Policy.

Panda Topup Store has the right to disclose User data for legal proceedings and/or at the request of government agencies, law enforcement, and other official authorities.

Panda Topup Store may hold promotions at any time subject to predetermined terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may differ for each promotional activity. Users must carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of each promotional activity.

Panda Topup Store has the right to cancel promotion-related transactions at any time without prior notice for the comfort of other Users and for security reasons.

Panda Topup Store has the right to change the terms and conditions of any promotional activity from time to time without prior notice to Users.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law rules. The User agrees that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be connected in any way with the Panda Topup Store System and Services and/or these Terms of Use will be resolved exclusively through BANI (Indonesian National Arbitration Board).

Users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Using the Panda Topup Store Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Using the Panda Topup Store services to violate anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism laws.
• Disguising identity or entity when using the Panda Topup Store services.
• Disguising place of residence to evade applicable regulations.
• Using the Panda Topup Store Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Using the Panda Topup Store Services for fraudulent purposes.

Panda Topup Store is an independent third-party top-up service provider. Panda Topup Store is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any official partnership with any game publisher, developer, or licensor, unless such a relationship is stated explicitly and in writing.

All game names, publisher names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and product names mentioned or displayed on the Panda Topup Store System are the property of their respective owners. Such references are used solely to describe the products being sold so that Users can recognize the service they choose, and not to state or imply any endorsement, sponsorship, agency, official distribution, or any other form of cooperation with the trademark owners.

If a trademark owner objects to the mention or use of their brand identity on the Panda Topup Store System, please contact Panda Topup Store through the contact channels listed on this site. Panda Topup Store is committed to following up on every legitimate objection reasonably and within a reasonable time, including removing or modifying the related material.

Panda Topup Store will continue to strive to keep the Panda Topup Store services safe, comfortable, and functioning properly, but Panda Topup Store cannot guarantee that operations will be continuous or that access to the Panda Topup Store System will always be perfect.

The User agrees and acknowledges that the User uses the Panda Topup Store Services at the User's own risk, and that the Panda Topup Store Services are provided to the User on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Panda Topup Store is not responsible for:

• The User's use of or inability to use the Panda Topup Store System
• Prices, quantities, or other instructions available within the Panda Topup Store System
• Delays or disruptions in the Panda Topup Store Services
• Negligence and losses caused by individual Users
• Viruses or other malicious software
• Any disruptions, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the Services
• Hacking of User accounts carried out by third parties
• Misuse of User accounts resulting from the User's negligence

Panda Topup Store prohibits content that contains:

• Content sold and used for illegal purposes
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Content involving alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or illegal drugs
• Content constituting gambling or betting
• Content containing malware, spyware, or viruses
• Content containing defamation, SARA, or threats
• HOAX and fraudulent content
• Content that does not comply with applicable regulations

Panda Topup Store is committed to running an Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CFT / APU-PPT) program in accordance with Law Number 8 of 2010 and Bank Indonesia Regulations. This policy applies to all users.

User payments can only be accepted via bank transfer, virtual account, e-money, or credit card supervised by Bank Indonesia.

Panda Topup Store uses an automated monitoring system to detect repeated transactions, large amounts, or unusual behavior. If indications of money laundering or terrorism financing are found, Panda Topup Store has the right to delay, reject, or cancel the transaction.

Users with complaints regarding transactions, account access, or services can contact the complaint/customer service channels available through:

The Panda Topup Store customer service team sends a confirmation of receipt of the complaint within 2x24 hours. The customer service team then investigates and provides a written response no later than 10 business days after receiving the complete complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the user agrees that the dispute will be finally settled through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration decision is final and binding on the parties.
