LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Users are responsible for the security of, and for mitigating breaches of, their own Panda Topup Store Account, such as keeping their Personal Data confidential, applying appropriate safeguards, limiting access, creating strong passwords, and protecting their OTP (One Time Password).

Users are responsible for any misuse of passwords or misuse of the Platform created and used by the User or by third parties.

Panda Topup Store is responsible for the Panda Topup Store Platform, including the protection and safeguarding of personal data confidentiality, including notifying Users in the event of a failure in personal data protection.

All works contained in the Services or Platform and their supporting systems, including but not limited to: layout, design and appearance, logos, photos, images, names, marks, words, letters, numbers, text, and color arrangements, are entirely the Intellectual Property of Panda Topup Store.

Users are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Platform
  • License, sell, or distribute the Platform to third parties
  • Publish or reproduce copyrighted material without consent
  • Reverse engineer the Panda Topup Store application
  • Launch automated programs that may disrupt the Platform's performance

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Panda Topup Store has the right to update and/or change the Privacy Policy from time to time as necessary for the security and comfort of User transactions on the Panda Topup Store Platform without prior notice.
